会話システムの研究開発の歴史

概要

会話エージェントは,はじめは手工芸的に作られてきたが,やがて会話計測で得られたデータを集積したコーパスを分析して挙動が生成されるようになってきた.それにともない,会話エージェントの行動を記述するためのマークアップ言語やスクリプト言語が提案された.また,会話エージェントを構成するコンポーネントの並列的な動作や情報の流れを扱えるようなシステムアーキテクチャが提案されるとともに,機械学習によるパターン発見も取り入れられるようになった.
